The
Community Clubhouse is available for use by
Heatherwood residents. Please contact
LAMS Property
Management @ 713-478-6445 (myheatherwood@yahoo.com)
for reservations.
The responsible Heatherwood resident will be required to make a $125.00 deposit two weeks in advance of the event
minus $25.00 for building usage. The deposit will be returned two weeks after the event. This fee helps to maintain
current facilities.
To check whether the Clubhouse is available on a particular date for a planned event, go to the Calendar page on
this Web site. If there is a link given for a particular date, click on it and check to see what community events
are listed in the pop-up window.
If you have an event in the Clubhouse that you would like
to list
on the Calendar
page,
please contact
LAMS Property Management @
713-478-6445 (myheatherwood@yahoo.com). The office will then
update the Webmaster with the information
you provide. (Do not contact the Webmaster
directly, as you need to go through the
management office first to make
arrangements and put down the deposit.) |
