Community Clubhouse
The Heatherwood Community Clubhouse is available for use by Heatherwood residents to hold parties, meetings, or special events. To reserve the clubhouse, you will need to pay a $100 deposit, plus a $50 building usage fee, two weeks prior to the event. The deposit will be returned two weeks after your event.
NOTE: The new rate of $50 is effective May 1st, 2009. The rate has been increased to cover the increasing costs of maintenance on the clubhouse.
